Who we are
CRESTSIDE is an independent jewellery brand based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We sell solid 925 sterling silver chains and bracelets, in Australia only. We trade online and don't have a shopfront.
What to email us about
- Before you buy. Length, fit, weight, how a piece actually sits on the collarbone. If you're stuck between two lengths, send us your neck or wrist measurement and we'll tell you which one we'd send.
- An order you've placed. Quote the order number from your confirmation email and we can pull it up straight away.
- Starting a return. Email us first. We'll confirm the return and send you the postal address to send the piece back to. The detail is in the Refund Policy.
- Something wrong with a piece. Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. Send photos with your order number and we'll sort it at no cost to you.
