By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you order, we'll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.
Every piece is 925 sterling silver as described on its product page, hallmark stamped. Product photographs aim to represent each piece accurately; minor variation in tone and finish can occur between screens and in person.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline — for example if a piece is out of stock or there is a suspected pricing error. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability can be limited under that law, it is limited to, at our option, replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the CRESTSIDE name, logo, photography and design — belongs to CRESTSIDE and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer rights above, CRESTSIDE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
