Who you're buying from
CRESTSIDE runs this website and sells solid 925 sterling silver jewellery to customers in Australia. We're based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
These terms cover how buying from us works. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of them.
Using this site
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 18 to order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Prices and product descriptions
All prices are shown in Australian dollars. We take real care with prices and descriptions, but errors happen. If we find a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before doing anything else, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Every piece is 925 sterling silver as described on its product page, stamped 925. Photography is shot to represent each piece accurately. Tone and finish can still read slightly differently on a screen than they do in your hand.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we can accept or decline. We'd decline if a piece has just sold out or if we suspect a pricing error, and we'd tell you which it was.
You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Payment is handled by Shopify and the provider you choose at checkout. Your full card details never reach us, and we don't store them.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply to every order and cannot be signed away, including by anything written here or in our own policies. Where our liability can be limited under that law, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price you paid, at our option.
What we offer in addition to those rights is set out in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The CRESTSIDE name, logo, photography, product writing and site design belong to CRESTSIDE. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to your consumer rights above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from your purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. A change takes effect once it's posted here, and the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing here stops you from using the courts, tribunals or dispute resolution schemes available to you where you live in Australia.
