Refund policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This applies regardless of anything else stated in this policy.

Change of mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is:

• Unworn and undamaged, in its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email crestsidejwl@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm your return and send you the postal address to send the piece back to.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This does not apply where an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by the consumer guarantees above — in those cases we cover return shipping.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email crestsidejwl@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

A note on sterling silver

925 sterling silver naturally darkens with exposure to air and skin over time. This is a normal characteristic of the metal rather than a fault, and it lifts off with a soft polishing cloth. This note is provided for your information and does not limit any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or piece, return your original item under the change-of-mind policy above and place a new order.
