Free tracked shipping on every order
Standard shipping within Australia is free and tracked, on every order, at every price. Express is available at checkout for a flat $15 if you want it sooner.
Where we ship
Australia only. We don't ship internationally, and there are no overseas rates at checkout.
When your order leaves us
Orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 3 business days of being placed. Before anything goes out, the piece is checked and packed into its silver-foil velvet box.
Most Australian addresses see delivery 2 to 6 business days after dispatch. That is an estimate from the carrier, not a guarantee, and how long it actually takes depends on where you are and how the network is running that week. Your tracking link is the live answer.
Tracking your parcel
You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your order is on its way. If the dispatch window has passed and nothing has landed, check your junk folder first, then email crestsidejwl@gmail.com and we'll send it again.
If a parcel is late or goes missing
Email crestsidejwl@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier. Until a parcel reaches you it is our responsibility, not yours. If something never turns up, that's ours to put right.
Getting the address right
Check your delivery address before you pay. If you spot a mistake straight away, email us before the dispatch window closes and we'll fix it. Once an order has left us we may not be able to change where it goes.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll email you and send it out again once you've confirmed the correct one.
Returns
Unworn pieces can go back within 14 days. Full detail is in the Refund Policy, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply to every order and cannot be excluded.
