What we collect
When you place an order we receive your name, email address, delivery address, and a phone number if you give one. That is what a parcel needs, and it is why we ask.
Your card and payment details go directly to the payment provider handling the transaction. They never reach us. We see the order, not the card.
If you email us, we keep the email so we can answer it and stand behind whatever we told you.
There is no mailing list. We do not collect your email address for marketing, and we will not start sending you marketing because you bought something.
Where it lives
The store runs on Shopify, so order and customer data is stored on Shopify's systems, not ours. Shopify's privacy policy covers what it does as the platform.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. It leaves our hands only where an order requires it: the delivery carrier gets a name and address to deliver a parcel, and the payment provider processes the payment.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies Shopify needs to run a cart, keep a checkout session, and produce basic store analytics. We have not added any advertising pixels or social media trackers of our own.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, with one limit worth stating plainly: Australian tax law requires us to keep records of completed transactions for several years, so the record of an order you actually placed stays for that period even if everything else goes.
We handle information in line with Australian privacy law, and this store trades in Australia only.
